RETURNS:
We offer FREE returns if there are any defects on your purchased item(s) because of our fault. Please, inform us about your issue within 14 days of delivery.
Our refund policy lasts 60 days since we accept your order. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, swimwear, jewellery and accessories (except bags). 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
IMPORTANT: If, before returning, you won't reach to our customer service about a return, we won't be able to issue you a refund.
SHIPPING:
Please do not send your purchase to the address on your package. That is not our return address and it will affect the processing of your return.
NOTE: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
In the rare case, if you receive a clearly defective product or the product was shipped in a different size than the one ordered, UniqTimes will support the return costs. If the product(s) is being returned for other reason than that, the buyer will support the cost of returning the good(s). 
REFUNDS:
Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
SALE ITEMS:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
